2. Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Designer

Reports to: Studio Manager

The marketing designer position includes a strong focus on improving both the brand and the user experience of our web products and sales funnels. It requires taking complex concepts and business requirements and translating those into design that fits user needs in terms of interface and user interaction.

• Website experience and product sales funnel design
• Brand and graphic design for all marketing and sales assets.
• Wireframes and behavioral specifications.
• Design A/B and multivariate testing.
• Own any creative design and marketing projects including videos, tradeshow materials, digital marketing and advertising, social media and content creative, email and direct communication, video and other creative campaigns

3. Job Requirements

• Top-notch marketing designer who loves to create brands and graphic languages for
  products.
• Experience in making graphic designs that move people for action, and believe that visual language can be a true inspiration.
• Experience in web, mobile, advertising and print design, and know how to spec
  experiences and flows for great user experience.
• Demonstrated experience with marketing and brand design for consumer or web
  products.
• Extensive experience with creating and testing web products such as banners, landing pages, and web design.
• High level typography, color, composition, and conceptual ideation capabilities.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience with web platforms, sales processes and online conversion funnels.
• Familiarity and high comfort level with fast-paced and innovative product and
  development environments.
• Strong multi-tasking ability and problem solving skills.
• Ability to meet or beat deadlines.

4. Advantages:

• Photography and video production skills
• Experience with video editing tools (After effects, Premiere etc)
• Proficiency in Flash and/or Illustrator
• Experience with HTML 5, CSS and JavaScript
