[RWA NOVA] UI/UX Designer (Web 3 Platform)

As a UI/UX Designer of RWA NOVA, you will mainly focus on this tasks

Lead the design part of new Web3 and platform projects from concept to product design, from A to Z.
As a UI/UX designer, you will interact with developers to ensure a polished product launch.
In addition to this, you will work together on various other design tasks that the company needs.

+2 years of working experience in UI/UX Design Field
- You must have experience taking a web/app product from A to Z and launching it.
- You should have experience working with developers on projects.
- You will need to have a strong understanding of IT product design and must submit a portfolio to demonstrate this.
Proficient level of using FIGMA
- In particular, you need to be able to facilitate collaboration with developers through Figma’s layer/file naming, etc.
Who can start the work from 2025. 02. 24(MON)
You must be a resident of Vietnam. We are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese residents due to legal issues.

Working experience relevant to the block chain & tokenized service/platform
Working experience relevant to the online platform
Experience of fully remote work with Korean or other overseas companies
Intermidiate level of using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Workable level of Korean language (writing, reading)
Also these work skills are preferred to work as our team member
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members via phone, chat, email, ETC

Work day & time
- Follow client’s working time
  - Work date : Monday – Friday, 22 working days per month
  - Working hour : 8 hours per days(10 am – 7 pm / GMT +9, KST)
  - Lunch break : 14 pm – 15 pm(GMT +9, KST)
  - This working schedule can be changed base on the client’s guideline
- You cannot joined as a part-time, flexible work time, work for 2 companies at the working time
Payment
- Gross : 10 ~ 24M VND / month
  - Specialist : 10 ~ 15M VND / month
  - Senior : 18 ~ 24M VND / month
- Please note that the level of competition and evaluation criteria will vary depending on the income expectations you write.
- When you apply, please write down the expected income for this position
- 10% income tax will be deducted from this service fee
Trial period: 2 months
- 85% of official income will be paid
- After Trial period, we will extend the contract 6 ~ 12 Month based on your performance.
