1. Job Description 

At Dinosaur we are looking for fresh, fun, vibrate and creative designers to join our design department! This position will mainly be focusing on Branding design projects

• Freedom to handle projects with full support from the creative directors and the teams.
• Relaxed, friendly and fun work environment.
• Working on multi-disciplinary projects on Design for our local and international clients.
• Ability to manage 1-2 projects at a time and meet deadlines: planning and timing skills, be well-organized, good in work situations, manage workflow and design projects.
• Able to work closely with clients to understand their needs, and additionally to present design solutions, build client relationships.
• Good crafting skills and communication skills to liaise with additional suppliers such as printer suppliers and photographers.
• Conceptual skills for Design direction on Branding, website, and other related design areas.
• Ability to work effectively with a Creative Director and copy writer.

2. Job Requirements

• Exceptional design ability and talent across a varied and broad role including Brand Design, Graphic design and website design.
• Eye for details, a must.
• Excellent design and typographic skills and can work across a wide range of design capabilities from brand development to print, packaging, web and app design.
• Thorough knowledge of the major design packages (CS6) will be needed as well as a solid understanding of typography, color and composition along with a good level of pre-press skills and ability to setup files accurately for output.
• Ability to work with web and application developers, liaising regarding the production of work.
• Creativity, communication, and organizational skills; critical-thinking, problem-solving abilities regarding design.
• Eager to learn in all areas of design and work in a team environment.
