Recruitment: PR & Marketing Supervisor

The International Portfolio Design Training School (dpi School) is looking for PR& Marketing Supervisor.

Job Description:

Supervise Marketing team and Assist to Executive Director & School Manage in marketing activities
Involve in branding exercise of the School
Build up training programs and maintain relationship with partnership companies and enterprises
Assist to develop the School’s Facebook Fan Pages and web lifecycle –
Prepare, and publish newsletters and other School messages
Assist School Manager and Event Design Manager to organize Events, Seminars for School
Conduct regular marketing research and keep the Company updated with the industry trends, including the market research/analysis for specific purposes/plans of the Company
Provide accurate and regular reports to Executive Director about marketing team activities and other senior management on market developments and recruitment of students for schools
Cooperate with sales team to establish and maintain a client database for further direct marketing.
Cooperate with other internal departments (Sales, Academics, Customer Care)
Other duties as assigned
Report to: Executive Director and School Manager.

Job Requirement

Ages from 25 to 35, Female
Bachelor Degree major in PR & Marketing, Media & Advertising
Has experience working as PR& Marketing assistant in school is preferred
Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and Vietnamese fluently
Creative thinking, Supportive, team work, enthusiastic, willing to learn new things
Professional appearance and attitude
