Motion graphic designer

– GENERAL DESCRIPTION

+  To design and create enticing motion graphics.

+ To research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to deliver cutting edge motion graphics work.

+ Graphic direction, design development and technical execution.

+ Designing concept mood boards, story boards, animation sketches, a sample animators.

+ Designing and producing final motion graphics involving typography, photography, and live video or 3D animation is a plus.

+ Producing projects ranging from end tags, bumpers, 30-sec commercials explainer videos to longer format corporate productions.

+ To assist in designing and creating storyboards.

+ Keeping abreast of new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design to deliver cutting edge work.

+ Ensure changes to plans are communicated to affected parties as necessary before they are approved.

– WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 

+ Excellent in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop.

+ A minimum of 3 years related education or 3 years motion design work experience.

+ Serious attention to detail with a strong working knowledge of motion/design-related applications.

+ Ability to articulate creative ideas in verbal and written communication.

+ Focused creative thinking while multi-tasking on several assignments and overlapping deadlines.

+ Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style.

+ Create high quality content from a loose or constrained brief with short deadlines.

+ Conceptualize ideas and bring them to life visually.

– PERSONALITIES 

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.

+ Detail-oriented individual who reviews work carefully, quality control is key.

+ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

+ Handle stress well.
