Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer
Report to: Brand Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pasteur Street Brewing Company is looking for a talented and competent Graphic Designer, who can deliver high quality and impactful visuals for our marketing and communication projects.
• You will be joining in discussions frequently and contribute ideas for marketing materials and marketing campaigns. Based on these discussions, concepts can be prototyped and refined to meet the design and marketing objectives.
• Liaison with Brand Manager in tasks relating graphical design.
• Responsible for all kinds of graphical design works for the school including designing advertising
• Responsible for all kinds of graphical design works for the school including designing advertising poster for school events, school brochure, newsletters, spectrum, banners, posters…
• To liaise with printers at all stages of publication and delivery
Further details of your future job scope:
• Improve and develop marketing materials of Pasteur Street’s Beer.
• Create concepts, layouts for different corporate presentations, reports and publications.
• Conceptualize and design advertisements for Pasteur Street’s Beer, including social ads and email newsletters.
• Contribute ideas and implement designs for marketing campaigns and events.
• Constantly update latest trends and techniques in the design industry and enrich PSBC style and brand image.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelors or Diploma in Design field (Art and Design, Multimedia, etc.)
- 01 year experience in the same position.
- Critical thinking, work smart and productive.
- Self-learning ability; able to research and find design references quickly.
- Good writing and speaking skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Self-motivated, have Can-Do and Improve-it attitude.
- Able to work independently and work well as a team member.
- Mastering Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, IN).
- Able to develop concepts but still keep it practical and close to marketing point of view.
- Able to transfer business ideas and issues to relevant and understandable designs.
- Having strong presentation skill to explain design ideas.
- Able to listen, discuss with internal teams and clients.
- Passionate to create strong, clean, flat and vibrant designs.
