Objective:

• Be responsible for the creation and production and management of assigned design contents required for the XLE Group: VBA, Saigon Heat, VUG and all future entities./ Chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế cho các dự án của công ty như giải VBA, Saigon Heat, VUG,…
• Ensure the quality of the designs in terms of idea, theme and policy of the company./ Đảm bảo chất lượng các bản thiết kế, ý tưởng thiết kế.

Key Responsibilities:

Decides how to express in design a marketing message or a promotion idea, including/ Quyết định ý tưởng thiết kế sao cho thể hiện được thông điệp truyền thông:

• Visual content including posters, ads, flyers.
• Digital, Web, & POSM production and adaptation
• Advising in Paper & Production designs.
• Photography contents related to graphic design Process
• Follow Design Process and procedures Training and developing
• Contribute in developing an excellent corporate culture in Marketing team.
• Other duties

Requirements:
Qualification

• Graduate from an university
• Min.1 year experience working as a graphic designer

Skills and Experience

• Proven portfolio.
• Have experience on Illustrator, Photoshop, & indesign
• Understanding of web design, flash, and other digital related design items.
• Knowledge of 3D or Multimedia tools is PLUS.
• Able to Read English at a average level
• Time-management and the ability to cope with several projects at a time.
