Position: SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNERS
Job Description:
Pitches
Under the direction of the Art Director:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions
- Suggest innovative ideas and solutions for the consideration of the Art Director
- Conduct research and find reference material/work
- Create mockups
- Refine artwork
Campaign development
Under the direction of the Art Director:
- Create design solutions that are innovative and in accordance to the Art Director’s brief
- Design mockups
- Design final artwork
- Colour grading and finish artwork where required
- Package up all required files for (external) suppliers
- Research, review and pre-select photos
- Colour grade and photo manipulate photos where required
- Write briefs for external suppliers such as photographers, CGI agencies, etc
- Write briefs and provide reference material for internal production team
- Review and comment on external suppliers’ work
- Guide junior team members where applicable and required
Personality
You will be accountable to ensure your assigned tasks are completed as briefed, on time, and according to expected quality standards. Hence, please ensure you uphold a collaborative and positive attitude towards colleagues, clients and suppliers by:

Experience
- At least 2 year relevant experience in professional environment
- Very proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Acrobat CS5 or later
- Understand how your design reproduces in print and digitally
- Photo colour grading skills
- Photo manipulation skills ideal but not required
- English skills would be desired but not required
