JOB PURPOSE
The Designer is responsible for the co-ordination and production of artwork for a variety of media ensuring that all work meets the overall company brand standards and creative objectives on behalf of the Brands
Key Accountabilities
1. Design
- Produce visual solutions on behalf of Brands for publications, illustrations, brochures, invitations, programs, presentations, graphs, charts, web design layout (Facebook…), and typography and other print pieces
- Produce visual solutions for communication needs for departments (Sales, HR, Operations, IT…)
- Modify brand guideline’s type-face to Vietnamese using
2. Priority user requirement :
- Web & mobile design: 60%
- Graphic design: 30%
- Clip Animation: 10%
3. Counselor for marketing initiatives
- Support on visual ideas, materials, planning layout for Sales events, Promotion & PR activities…
- Coordinate production activities with printers, service agencies, vendors and review quality of final products
4. Photograph/ in-house shooting
- Take photograph samples or products for design activitie
5. Images/ products information database
- Build up and maintain an integrated image/product information database for company and supplier products to support for designing activities
- Collect, search and classify products images, information, guidelines from HQ by product lines, objectives etc.,
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years relevant experience required;
- Good at English both spoken and written;
- Total understanding of print production and knowledge of different formats for printing
- Excellent communication both oral and written; and organizational skills;
- Computer proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, …)
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as in a team;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as required.
