Graphic Designer is responsible for the execution of visual concepts or production of promotional materials for activities and/or programs of the school.
Job Descriptions:

• Pitch/Brainstorm ideas for design brief together with creative team.
• Determine which specific photographs, art, or other graphic elements to be used.
• Deliver an agreed sketch/design direction into good visual design; or independently develop a design in required circumstances.
• Produce layout for editorial materials, e.g. School’s guidelines, handbooks, etc.
• Deliver visual designs which comply with client’s briefs, the school’s values and design guidelines.
• Provide advice/guidelines to clients where required.
• Incorporate changes recommended by the relevant parties into the final design.
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.

Communication & Report:

• Update Advancement Manager on issues related to visual communication and branding/advertising activities.
• Share with Advancement Team and Executive Director meeting minutes and updates on creative/design projects.

Others:

• Take/process pictures of the school’s activities where required.
• Managing the school’s media archive in a traceable and comprehensive way.

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

Education: Bachelor degree or Equal in Visual Arts, Advertising, Communication Design or relevant is preferred.
Experience:

• Fluent in graphic design software, e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or other equivalents.
• Interest and/or knowledge of filming and video post-processing is a plus.
• Interest and/or knowledge in photography is preferred.
